Most of your apprenticeship will be spent working hands-on with our experienced team, gaining real-world experience and developing your technical and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities-
Diagnose and repair routine and emergency faults in office technology equipment

Service and maintain Printer/MFP fleets

Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs

Manage stock levels and maintain an accurate parts inventory

Assist with ordering parts and materials as required

Set up, configure, and deliver office technology products across Yorkshire and beyond
-
Provide end-user training on both hardware and software
-
Maintain accurate expense, mileage, and activity records in line with company policy

Meet performance KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to gather user feedback and support product development

Contribute to and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation
-
Support the sales team by sharing technical knowledge and updates on new developments
