About the Role

This Business Administration Apprentice role is ideal for someone with a passion for live music and a strong interest in gaining hands-on experience within the music and events industry.

You will provide essential administrative and logistical support to booking agents and artists, acting as a key point of contact from booking confirmation through to event completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting event and tour bookings

  • Coordinating artist travel and logistics

  • Preparing and managing itineraries

  • Arranging accommodation

  • Assisting with artist liaison and support

  • Updating artist riders

  • General tour administration

  • Office administration and filing

  • Updating tour accounts and records

  • Using online systems and Microsoft Office packages

Training & Qualifications
  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship

  • 20% off-the-job training

  • End Point Assessment

  • Maths and English Functional Skills (if required)
