And youll do it all on real projects that impact millions of people, seeing your ideas move from whiteboard to launch day.
Your 12 month Industrial Placement in Consumer Lending is designed to build expertise in Consumer Lending, the centre of excellence for mortgages, loans, cards, car finance and leasing. You could gain experience in Product & Platform “ learn how products are diversified, managed and delivered. Work on customer journey design, digital experiences and platform innovation. Strategic Partnerships “ work with major partners such as Jaguar Land Rover to shape new products, manage relationships and ensure safe, profitable delivery.
By the end of the scheme, youll start to gain real life knowledge, understanding and confidence in: Financially literate “ confident in how banks make decisions and generate revenue. Product-focused “ skilled in diversification, management and delivery of lending products. Insight-driven “ using data to validate strategy and improve journeys. Relationship-ready “ building and managing partnerships that add value. AI-capable “ using AI tools to work smarter and faster. Agile-minded “ solving problems collaboratively and delivering at pace.
